Coglianese Series

In 1972 and 1973, Bob Coglianese had the good fortune to be the official track photographer for the New York Racing Association capturing the historic campaign of Secretariat as he dramatically stamped his imprint on Thoroughbred Racing in America.

Secretariat raced in New York in 16 of his 21 career starts and Secretariat.com is proud to offer five of Mr. Coglianese's personal favorite images of the great champion. Highlighting this collection is the image that embedded Secretariat's legacy into the consciousness of the American public -- the 31 length record breaking victory in the Belmont Stakes to claim the 1973 Triple Crown.

Unlike some lesser imitations, each print is developed and personally inspected by Mr. Coglianese and printed directly from the original negative on archival paper stock. This is the real deal!
